He disclosed that so much has gone into "bringing the facilities  into what it is today" adding  that the road  that has almost became in passable, the association singlehandedly constructed another road to the facilities.

" We are highly positive. The last time we hosted the game in 2006, I remember that two medals, one gold, one silver medal were won in cricket. Right now, cricket has gained more prominence, we have expectation of six medals in cricket. we promised the honourable Commissioner of Sports. we promised ourselves,at least 3 gold medals and even we can do more. The association is not leaving any stone unturned and that is why we are starting our camping right now and even before now, we have been playing games and engaged in training.

" Many of our cricketers that have been with clubs outside the state , we called them back home. Most of them, we breed them here. Many are home based and  we have them coming to join the  the locals to form the teams. I am sure their moral is high and we can only  but go for the glory"

Highlights of the the events were the presentation of kits to the female and male players, certificates and practice games .
