In its bid to improve the standard of living of workers, Nigeria Labour Congress, Ogun State Council will on Monday, launch the Easy Buy initiative,a groundbreaking scheme set out to alleviate the challenges faced by Ogun State workers at the State and Local Government levels in acquiring essential items.
This was made known in a statement issued to Journalists through the office of the State Chairman, Comrade Hammed Benco - Ademola
It reads "This initiative aims to provide enhanced payment flexibility, making it easier for our members to access quality goods without financial strain.
"In collaboration with three reputable firms, the NLC has secured a range of commodities at affordable rates for our members:
1. Household Items and Electronics Provided by Think Finance MFB.
2. Redmi A3X Phone Available through County Links Limited.
3. HP Laptop (Windows 10) - Supplied by Prichlink Limited.
"Interested members are encouraged to visit the NLC State Secretariat to register and collect the necessary forms for participation. The flag-off of this initiative will commence on Monday ,September 2nd, 2024, and the registration window will close on Thursday, September 29th, 2024
"This initiative reflects the NLC's commitment to improving the welfare of our Ogun State Workers by ensuring they have access to essential items with ease and at competitive prices. We urge all members to take advantage of this opportunity to acquire these essential items with ease and flexibility
