OGUN PPRO DEMANDS UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM

The police public relations officer, Ogun state command, Omolola Odutola had chided the media to, at all time, display the highest standard of professionalism, deserving of their official call.

Mrs Odutola, a superintendent of police said this when she received the management team of NSTV in her office

"what do we stand to gain as a part of the society when we are in a rush to break a story that is unfolding and yet to be confirmed. A tragic event where even those concerned, family members, bereaved, still  in grief, you're in a hurry to have the story used with photographs that are gory' she said

Disclosing that her office is most times under pressure when some incident occurred, she will therefore need to be thorough in turning out any detail of such event.

Earlier, the leader of the NSTV team and its chief operation officer, Dele Ayodo, said it's true that  the social media has been turned into a black market, it has however come to stay.

Mr Ayodo added that NSTV as an  online tv station has as part of its mission, prove  that journalism can still be practice in pride and dignity
