Nigeria's Efe Ajagba defends title against Australian Joseph Goodall on Sunday

 




Nigerian Efe Ajagba will defend his WBC silver Heavyweight title tonight, against Australian Joseph Goodall in the main event at Tahoe Blue Event Center in Lake tahoe, Nevada, USA. 


Ajagba and Goodall fought as amateur at the 2014 commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.

Where Ajagba lost on point at the semi-final to settle for a bronze medal. 


Ajagba hope to get a revenge against Goodall when they meet early hour of sunday morning on sky sport: "This fight means a lot to me. For me, this fight is going to get me closer to a world title fight. So, after this fight, I'm going to see where we go," Ajagba said.


"We sparred each other a long time ago. I lost to him in the Commonwealth Games in 2014. So, that's the guy I lost to. This fight is going to be a rematch for me.


"This fight means a lot to me because I lost to him, I will do my best, my best to beat him up."
